These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eusebiolaw.com, products.eusebiolaw.com, and related pages, forms, consultation, checkout, intake, upload, and communication workflows operated by Eusebio Law, P.A. (“Eusebio Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
General Information Is Not Legal Advice
General website content is provided for informational purposes and is not legal advice. Laws and legal requirements change, and general information may not apply to your facts, business, location, or legal matter. Do not act or refrain from acting based only on general Site content.
Legal Services Available Through the Site
The Site permits users to request information, purchase defined fixed-fee legal services, pay for legal consultations, and submit information or documents for attorney review. Eusebio Law provides these services as a law firm. Service descriptions, prices, included deliverables, checkout terms, consultation terms, limited-scope engagement terms, and any written engagement agreement presented for a particular service are incorporated into these Terms and control if they conflict with general Site language.
Attorney-Client Relationship and Scope
Merely visiting the Site, reviewing general content, or sending a general inquiry does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. A paid consultation establishes the consultation service described at checkout. A purchased fixed-fee legal service establishes only the limited legal service and scope described in the applicable checkout and engagement materials. Representation beyond that defined scope begins only if Eusebio Law confirms the additional engagement in writing.
Before accepting or continuing a matter, Eusebio Law may review conflicts, jurisdiction, scope, deadlines, and other professional considerations. We may decline, limit, or withdraw from a matter as permitted or required by applicable law and professional rules. Do not assume that Eusebio Law represents you on a deadline-sensitive matter unless the firm has confirmed the engagement and scope.
Licensing and Jurisdiction
Eusebio Law attorneys are admitted in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia. The Site is not a representation that Eusebio Law can provide every service in every jurisdiction. Services are offered only where authorized, and the firm may limit a service based on the client’s location, governing law, subject matter, conflicts, or other professional requirements.
Fixed-Fee Services and Consultations
For services available for online purchase, the Site displays the defined scope and fee before checkout. Fixed-fee legal products are limited to the deliverables and service described for that purchase. Additional documents, negotiations, revisions outside the included service, litigation, regulatory filings, or other work may require a separate agreement and fee.
Consultation fees cover the legal consultation described at checkout. Any credit of a consultation fee toward later work is governed by the terms shown on the consultation page or at checkout. Prices, availability, and service descriptions may change prospectively.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s applicable terms. Eusebio Law does not store full payment-card numbers on the Site. Cancellations, credits, refunds, and the treatment of fees are governed by the applicable checkout or engagement terms, the work performed, and controlling law and professional rules. Contact support@eusebiolaw.com promptly if there is a payment or service issue.
Your Information, Documents, and Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, identify relevant parties for conflict review, disclose deadlines, and promptly update material information. You represent that you are authorized to provide any information or documents you submit. You are responsible for reviewing drafts and final deliverables, identifying factual errors or omissions, and responding within requested timeframes. Eusebio Law is not responsible for consequences caused by incomplete, inaccurate, late, or withheld information.
Technology and AI-Assisted Workflows
Eusebio Law may use secure technology and AI-assisted tools within its internal workflows to organize information and support draft preparation. These tools do not independently provide legal advice, accept matters, determine legal strategy, or approve final work product. An attorney remains responsible for the legal service and reviews client deliverables. Use of technology does not change the agreed scope of representation or Eusebio Law’s professional obligations.
Electronic Communications and Signatures
By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications reasonably related to your inquiry, consultation, purchase, intake, documents, legal service, security, or account. Standard carrier charges may apply to telephone or text communications. Where permitted, electronic acknowledgements and signatures have the same effect as handwritten signatures.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Legal results depend on facts, law, third parties, regulators, courts, negotiations, and other circumstances. Eusebio Law does not guarantee any outcome, approval, business result, or legal conclusion. Examples, testimonials, or descriptions of prior matters do not promise similar results.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains our website data practices. Information received in an established attorney-client relationship is also handled under applicable professional confidentiality obligations. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information through a general contact form unless requested. Use the designated intake or secure upload workflow provided for your service.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, branding, design, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Eusebio Law and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for your own lawful evaluation and purchase of services. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, publish, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices from, or commercially exploit the Site or its content without written permission. Rights in client-specific legal work product are governed by the applicable engagement terms and law.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site to violate law; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit information you are not authorized to provide; attempt unauthorized access; harass or harm others; or misuse Site content or services. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, the firm, clients, users, or third parties.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, scheduling, email, analytics, advertising, and hosting providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Eusebio Law is not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.
Site Availability and Disclaimer
We work to keep the Site accurate, available, and secure, but the Site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties concerning uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the completeness of general Site content. Nothing in these Terms excludes duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including obligations arising from an attorney-client relationship.
Limitation of Liability for Site Use
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eusebio Law is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from access to or use of general Site content or from interruption, malware, or third-party services outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not alter Eusebio Law’s obligations for an accepted legal service or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or professional rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Site, Services, or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted, except as otherwise required by law or agreed in an engagement.
