Eusebio Law, P.A. (“Eusebio Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, prospective clients, clients, and others who interact with our websites and legal services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through eusebiolaw.com, products.eusebiolaw.com, and related forms, consultation, checkout, intake, upload, and communication workflows (collectively, the “Services”).

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, business name, title, and website.

  • Documents and files you upload for review, drafting, redlining, or other legal work.
  • Transaction information, such as the service purchased, amount, payment status, and transaction identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card information; Eusebio Law does not store full payment-card numbers on its websites.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you, automatically through website technologies, and from service providers, referral sources, or other persons when permitted by law. Please do not submit confidential information about a legal matter through a general contact form unless requested by Eusebio Law. Information submitted through a designated client intake or document-upload workflow is handled according to the applicable legal and professional obligations.

How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and evaluate conflicts, scope, jurisdiction, and whether we can provide a requested legal service;
  • Schedule and provide consultations and legal services;
  • Prepare, review, revise, and deliver legal documents and work product;
  • Process payments, provide receipts, and administer purchased services;
  • Send service, intake, document, appointment, security, and other transactional communications;
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our websites and workflows;
  • Measure advertising and website performance when you allow analytics technologies;

  • Protect Eusebio Law, our clients, users, and service providers from fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

Attorney Confidentiality and Legal Services

Information received in connection with an established attorney-client relationship is handled in accordance with Eusebio Law’s professional duties, including applicable confidentiality obligations. This Privacy Policy does not reduce those duties. Visiting a website or sending a general inquiry does not, by itself, establish an attorney-client relationship. The applicable consultation terms, product scope, engagement terms, or written engagement agreement govern legal services.

Service Providers and Technology

We use service providers to operate the Services and support the firm. These may include:

  • Cloudflare for website infrastructure, security, databases, and file storage;
  • Stripe for payment processing and consultation checkout;
  • Resend and Microsoft 365 for transactional and business email;
  • WordPress and Elementor for website publishing and administration;
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads for consent-based analytics, advertising measurement, and campaign performance;
  • Meta for consent-based advertising measurement and campaign performance; and
  • OpenAI and other AI-assisted tools used within internal legal workflows to organize information and support draft preparation.

AI-assisted tools do not independently provide legal advice or make the firm’s final legal decisions. An attorney remains responsible for the legal service and reviews client deliverables. We disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for the services they perform, subject to appropriate contractual, professional, and security considerations.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Choices

Essential technologies may be used to operate and secure the websites, remember your privacy choice, process forms, and provide requested functions. Google and Meta analytics or advertising technologies may be enabled by default on certain U.S.-focused advertising landing pages. On other pages, they activate only after you select Allow analytics in our privacy notice. You can reopen Privacy choices at any time and select Essential only to disable those optional technologies.

When optional analytics are active, Google and Meta may receive technical and usage information such as a browser identifier, IP-derived approximate location, page views, campaign data, and interactions with links or buttons. We do not intentionally send the contents of legal forms, uploaded documents, or legal communications to advertising platforms. We do not sell personal information for money. Depending on the law where you live, using advertising cookies or pixels may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” of certain online identifiers. You may opt out by selecting Essential only.

You may review Google’s privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy and Meta’s privacy practices at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers described above; to co-counsel, referral counsel, experts, vendors, or others involved in a matter when authorized or permitted; to comply with law, court orders, professional obligations, or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, security, and property; in connection with a business reorganization or transfer subject to applicable duties; or with your direction or consent. We do not disclose client confidential information for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, administer the attorney-client or prospective-client relationship, maintain required business and legal records, resolve disputes, protect security, and satisfy legal, ethical, tax, accounting, and professional obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the service requested, the status of a matter, and applicable requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you believe information you provided to us may have been compromised, contact us promptly.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing. These rights may be limited by attorney-client privilege, professional obligations, legal-record requirements, litigation holds, security needs, and other legal exceptions. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the websites. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

Our websites may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
